Self-Service Onboarding

Magic-link invite emails that let new hires and vendors set their own password and upload HR docs. Disable when your firm onboards out-of-band (ADP / Workday / manual) — the Onboard wizards stay available and ask admins to set passwords directly.

HR Compliance

Required documents per employment type, vendor compliance baselines, expiry reminders, compliance dashboard.

Contracts

Author, send, and sign contracts (offer letters, NDAs, MSAs, ICAs). In-app signing plus magic-link delivery.

Vendor Management

External vendors, outbound POs, vendor invoices and payments, PO cap consumption tracking.

Legal Practice

LEDES billing, IOLTA trust accounting, retainer tracking, UTBMS codes, billable-hour rounding.

Bank Sync

Connect bank accounts via Plaid to auto-match payments, categorize transactions, and run monthly reconciliation. Read-only — TimeTrack Pro never moves money via this connection. May incur Plaid fees on linked accounts.

Payments

Accept ACH payments from clients (AR) and pay vendors via ACH (AP) through Stripe Connect. Per-transaction fees apply; no monthly cost when idle. AP surfaces additionally gate on Vendor Management.
